DAYS & NIGHTS
Days & Nights is my new album out on November 1st and includes new elements and ideas I haven't ever tried before.
One of these new elements is that three of the ten songs are interludes and reprises of the tittle track, 'Days & Nights', I have done this to try to link the whole album together and make it sound cohesive and connected as a whole.
Although I'm trying new ideas I haven't drifted too far from my regular sound for this album, as usual my backing band 'The Above' are playing on every song along with some new feature artists, (Alex Copeman & James Ward on the title track), and some some you've heard before (Jasper Revell & George Mooney).
Days & Nights has a lush production and I hope you'll like its mix of chilled interludes with trumpet solos from Jasper Revell and upbeat Indie/pop full songs.
I think it is the best album I've done so far and due to the fantastic playing from all the supporting artists as usual and it's also got some great moments, I can't wait for you all to hear it!
